2021 was a huge year of change for me personally.

Of uprooting a family, a career, and moving continents, countries, and cultures.
Of changing environments.
Of changing mindsets.

I never once thought I could move from a big, global, cosmopolitan city to a small, lesser-known, corn-processing city in the heart of America. Yet I accomplished that in the middle of a pandemic, with grit and gratitude.

I never once thought I could go from being an ambitious corporate executive to being a stay at home mom, one of the most under-recognized and yet richly rewarding jobs.

Yet I’ve had the privilege to do that for years now, at the same time leveraging my experience and skills to be a credentialed coach to many on career, leadership, and change.

I never once thought I would not be afraid of driving, and yet I’ve overcome my greatest fear last year that may seem small in comparison to others’.

There are many “I don’t think I ever could’s” we tell ourselves.

Yet over time, with changes in circumstances, people, and environments, we begin to change, our minds open, and our mindsets begin to shift.

What was once not possible or conceivable DOES become conceivable, and then a reality.

  • What “I don’t think I ever coulds” do you tell yourself?
  • What challenges do you want to overcome?
  • What mindset shift do you need to maximize your opportunities?
